Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain Lodge

Everything was perfect. We had the best welcoming with music band. The room is wow and very clean. Food was incredible! From breakfast to dinner with amazing service.

Room and bed comfort, property location, the dining area and interior design, excellent customer service. Food was diverse, there were always a vegetarian option on the menu.

We had some minor issues with the boiler- there was no hot running water and the toilet wasn't flushing properly. Only the first issue was solved but on the second day after taking shower with cold freezing water. Also, a bit pricey overall.

Март 2022. Приятный отель, но испорченный отдых. Из закрытых сейфов в 2-х наших номерах вытащили деньги (причем не все, а часть) и закрыли их обратно. Региональный менеджер сети Wellworth долго и вежливо убеждал нас, что это невозможно сделать незаметно для клиента (без сброса клиентского кода), пока сам не пришел в номер и не убедился, что все-таки можно, главное - иметь мастер-ключ или его дубликат. 3-х кратное общение с полицией ничего не дало: улыбались нам и еще больше - менеджерам отеля. Если путешествуете без наличных и других ценных вещей или готовы каждый день брать их с собой на сафари, вполне можете отдохнуть в этом лодже! March 2022. Nice hotel but ruined our whole trip. The safes in our two rooms got broken into. Interestingly, not all the money was gone, they took some and locked the safes afterwards. The regional manager of Wellworth spent quite some time politely explaining to us that it's simply impossible to do without resetting the client's code until he visited the rooms. He then realized that it is possible with a master key or a duplicate of one. Local police was not helpful either, we spoke to them three times, they just kept smiling at us and the management. If you are travelling without any cash or valuables or are ready to take them on every safari/trip with you, you might enjoy your stay at this lodge.

Останавливались в Oldeani mounting lodge всей семьей на 5 дней в марте 2022. Неплохой лодж, но … впервые за 25 лет наших путешествий по разным странам и континентам у нас в отеле из номера, из закрытого сейфа украли деньги. И не только у нас, но и у наших друзей, которые размещались в соседнем номере. Украли часть денег, остальные оставили и сейф аккуратно закрыли. Управляющий уверял нас, что это невозможно, однако, оказалось, что в нескольких номерах в отеле установлены сейфы "новой модели", которые можно открыть и закрыть мастер-ключем, а гость затем сможет пользоваться своим кодом. Именно в такие номера нас с друзьями "случайно" поселили. Хочется верить, что кражи в отеле происходят без ведома менеджеров высшего звена сети Wellworth! We stayed at the Oldeani Mountain Lodge with our entire family for 5 days in March 2022. Not a bad lodge BUT in our 25 years of travelling to various countries and continents, we never had our money stolen from a locked safe located in our room. Our friends who lived in the adjacent room also had their money stolen. To be specific, the thieves took some money, left some inside, and carefully locked the safe afterwards. The manager ensured us that it's not possible but it turned our that the "newer" safes located in our rooms could be accessed with a master key instead of the code. By "accident" we were given the rooms with these "newer" safe boxes. Hopefully, these thefts happen without the knowledge and/or assistance from the top management of Wellworth.
