Best Luxury Hotel in Ngorongoro!!
Everything was perfect. We had the best welcoming with music band. The room is wow and very clean. Food was incredible! From breakfast to dinner with amazing service.

Excellent customer service and beautiful property!
Room and bed comfort, property location, the dining area and interior design, excellent customer service. Food was diverse, there were always a vegetarian option on the menu.
We had some minor issues with the boiler- there was no hot running water and the toilet wasn't flushing properly. Only the first issue was solved but on the second day after taking shower with cold freezing water. Also, a bit pricey overall.

Sunset over the pool and evening fire makes it a beautiful place to stay. Would certainly stay again, and a good location to explore northern Tanzania Parks. Food was good, and well presented.
